The typical composition features Nickel (≥58%), Chromium (14–23%), and Iron (5–10%), along with Molybdenum and Niobium to boost strength. These alloys deliver impressive tensile strength of up to 1000 MPa, yield strength around 550 MPa, and exceptional creep resistance, ensuring reliable performance in high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments.

- Testing : Syphons are tested at 150 PSI Pneumatically.
- Maximum Operating Pressure : -1/4” NPT, schedule 40 welded is suitable for 175 psi at 340OF (171OC).
  -1/4”or 1/2” NPT, schedule 40, any seamless material is good for a working pressure of 500 psi at 680OF (360OC).
  -1/4” or 1/2” NPT, schedule 80, any seamless material is good for a working pressure of 1650 psi at 630OF (332OC).
  -1/2” NPT, double extra schedule, any seamless material is good for a working pressure of 3200 psi at 1100OF (548OC).
